Midwest Show Me Funny Entertainment would like to extend an invitation to you and your business to join us long-term as a vendor at our SHOW ME JUNETEENTH STL events. This year it will take place at Harris-Stowe State University June 25-26, 2022.
We have a growing committee of people excited about the events we have planned throughout the year. Most of our events are fundraiser to support various causes, especially for combating homelessness. We are always looking for those who want to Partner For Change.
We have submitted a Request for Proposal to use the St. Louis Convention Center and Dome for our $100,000 Comedy Festival finale. It has been approved for use to use halls 1 & 2 or 3 of the Convention Center. This is enough space for over 400 vendors for our Comedy Festival. Due to the pandemic we are planning to have that event in 2023. That event is also a Guinness World Record attempt to fill the St. Louis Dome to capacity. We are planning to have it the weekend of July 4.
We are asking for the help of local businesses to be vendors and sponsors to help cover cost. There will be well over 70,000 people in the downtown area that weekend. We are also inviting some well-known comedians and Internet famous entertainers to our events to do Meet & Greets. They are sure to bring a crowd to the event locations! And with your help, it will be one of St. Louis biggest pay-it-forward to the community events!
This invitation is for you to have a long-term vendor space at this annual event and other events we are planning. We will add your business name on the back of one of our special edition t-shirts, advertisement your business on one of our websites with a link to your website and advertisement in the event booklets.
The cost of this package is $500. It also includes two general admission tickets to the Comedy Competition Finale and two general admission tickets to the Guinness World record attempt for July 2023.
We want to help you come up with the $200 deposit it takes to get in on this deal. If you accept this invitation, we will give you 40 of our 2 ¼” key-chains with your business information on it. These items are from our Key-chains for Keys Campaign. You can give one to all those who donate $5 to the campaign. You will have to put up $25 and sign our agreement to get the key-chains. If you like, you can give a magnet instead of a key-chain with your business information on it to those who support the campaign. You will have 30 days to turn in the rest of the money from the Key-chain for Keys Campaign as your deposit. We will give you 90 days to pay the $300 balance for this package.

We are still trying to get more sponsors to help our vendors out in case they don't have these things. Most vendors are prepared for these kind of events.
We have a limit of tables and chairs and they are for our sponsors. We may have some power available but we can't promise that at this time. If you bring your own power source if must be a portable electric charger. We are working on getting major sponsors for this event and future ones. The more vendors we get, the more we can do and help support the community. We hope you become one of our vendors!

Harris-Stowe State University will be selling food at the location and will need to see your Prepackaged Food permit and license if you are that kind of vendor.

Contact Us to see if spaces are still available and to get in on one of the special deals. An offer could be extended or someone could have cancelled their booking. You can place a $25 refundable hold on a space if available and make payments up to 5 days before the event. Our largest space is for sponsors. We are offering 8x8, 10x10, 12x12, 15x15 spaces up to 20x30.
Because our event flyers were late getting out about the vendor deals, we are extending the BUY 1 DAY GET 2nd DAY FREE. By June 16, 2021 our prices will be $100 a day for the the 10x10 spaces with a $25 extra fee to upgrade to a 12x12. A $50 extra fee for the 15x15.
