Marshelle "Ms. Woody" Woodland is the founder/CEO of Show Me Enterprise Group aka Midwest Show Me Funny Entertainment, LLC. She founded and is the head organizer of the Show Me Juneteenth STL events. This is a celebration of the end of slavery in the state of Texas on June 19, 1865. It was finally made a national federal holiday on June 16, 2020! It will serve as a fundraiser for the END HOMELESS MISSION MOVEMENT and the organizations that Partner For Change, a vendor/trade show and entertainment event.
This is one of many events in the works to raise millions of dollars to invest into the community. The plans for a second phase of this event is to take place at the STL Convention Center on the 4th of July weekends. The year 2023 is looking better for the second phase to kick off. That event will include a Guinness World Record attempt and will raise millions of dollars for the community.
For the founder, helping various organizations raise fund for their causes through her events is her passion. She feels that events like this is a great way to combat the homeless problem in the St. Louis area and beyond. The END HOMELESS MISSION MOVEMENT is her purpose. Marshelle is on a mission to use entertainment and vendor events to help grow the community. Especially the black community through this event. It is her wish to help end homelessness for many people or help them avoid it. Together we can support many causes effecting the community and also raise awareness for mental illness.
Because she is also a comedian, her theme for the second phase of this event is Helping and Healing Through Laughter.
This is just one way she plan to help people get out of homeless situations.
After the Guinness World Record attempt is over, those attending the event will add their ticket stubs to a raffle. That raffle will be a chance for the attendees to win $500 a month rent or mortgage assistance for 3, 6, 9 or a year. This event is sure to become one of the biggest annual fundraisers for the organization she is building. At the Show Me Juneteenth STL events she plan to have raffle to help assist the attendees with small rent or mortgage payments. And, have other prizes to give away from the raffles.
These events will help the End Homeless Mission Movement grow in the way she envisioned it to be.

The Show Me Juneteenth STL event will be one of the few annual events held for fundraising to combat homelessness. This is part of the END HOMELESS MISSION MOVEMENT plan. This is one way to show how we can come together to help fix our community issues. We focus on the solution to get more people out of homeless situations. Chick the petition link and help the founder, Marshelle Woodland get a meeting with the city of St. Louis Mayor, Tishaura Jones. The help of our mayor is needed and you can help get her attention by signing this petition. You can read and sign it here: https://www.change.org/StLouisHomeless
